C -- A/E SERVICES FOR PROJECT 674-97-155..DOMICILIARY MAINTENANCE SOL 674-17-97 DUE 111896 POC Stephanie Elliott, Contract Specialist 817-899-4031 Provide Architect/Engineering Services for Project 674-97-155, Domiciliary Maintenance. Project scope will address bath/shower repairs, exterior gutter repairs, sidewalk placement and other required maintenance items. Project will be located at Building 202 Domiciliary (a building which houses approx. 400 ambulatory patients in a dorm-like setting) at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Temple, Texas. A/E will be required to develop a priority list of maintenance items with budget estimates for each during the design development phase of the project. Upon completion of the design development phase the project scope will be developed from the priority list and the A/E shall develop construction documents. A/E shall also provide construction period services, construction document reproduction, and adequate site visits to assist in the monitoring of construction progress. A/E should be able to demonstrate previous design and project development experience in hospital maintenance projects. A/E selection will be limited to firms that have main offices located within 180 mile radius of Temple, Texas. Award will be made subject to availability of funds. A/E should be able to provide expertise in Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Estimated construction budget is $300,000 to $400,000.
