Convert and alter existing building space. Project includes office space; alter and upgrade interior electric and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Modify existing fire protection and alarm systems, install security access control and reporting systems. Provide networking and building information systems. Supporting facilities include upgrade water, electric, and air conditioning, asbestos abatement, resurface adjacent parking area, and information systems. Access for the handicapped will be provided.
