Request for Offer No. DTFA05-97-R-50807. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The estimated performance period is three hundred (300) calendar days. Request for Offers are expected to be available approximately December 15, 1996. This Screening Information Request (SIR) is the evaluation criteria which will allow the FAA to identify qualified firms. The FAA will send request for offerors to the top six (6) firms that meet the following evaluation factors. The evaluation factors are listed in descending order of importance: 1. Experience installing pre-action type fire protection sprinkler systems in active computer equipment areas requiring extensive protection of operational computer systems while providing accessibility to equipment for maintenance. 2. Experience installing pre-action type fire protection sprinkler systems at operational air traffic control facilities. 3. Office staff availability to provide project management support for the project. Only firms within a seventy (70) mile radius will be considered. Bid Bond in the amount of 20% will be required. The successful firm will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100%. Firms should submit detailed information of at least three projects accomplished within the last three (3) years, that meet the above evaluation criteria before close of business November 18, 1996. Submittal should include projected workload for the next twelve (12) months and roster of employees.
