Asbestos abatement and minor demolition in the toilet/shower rooms of buildings 12, 15, 16 and 17. B. The rehabilitation of toilet/ shower rooms including ventilation upgrade, pipe replacement, and finish work in buildings 12, 15, 16 and 17. C. Site work includes installation of minimal underground utilities at the Cascades Job Corps Center in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Con- struction time is scheduled for 150 calendar days to substantial completion. The estimated cost range is for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. After the supplies are exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for December 3, 1996, at 9:00 A.M. local time.
