Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEMS SOL W33DL4-6170-4252 POC MAE RIGGENS, (912) 767-1868, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CAROLYN BARNEY, (912) 767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to Replace HVAC Systems, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not restricted to, the following items: (1) Remove existing air handling untis, condensing units, refrigerant lines, radiators, steam piping, and related items. (2) Handle and dispose of existing refrigant. (3) Install new air handling units, and refrigerant linesl (4) Install new heating coils steam piping and insulation, valves, and related items. (5) Install new controls and electrical wiring and components for new equipment. (6) Install new ductwork, insulation, diffusers and grilles. (7) Install new concrete pads for outdor condensing units. (8) Reinforce and repair deteriorated floors beneath new indoor equipment. (9) Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing of new heating and air conditioning systems. Performance must be completed within 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magniude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered.
