This is a full and open competitive requirement. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does own specifications and drawings. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. The First Article Test Report is due by 258 days ARO, with delivery of 56 each 408 days ARO. The principle medium which the Government will use for technical data transmittal during this procurement is the 4.75 inch diameter compact disk with embedded reader software.
