Contractor is required to set-up and maintain a store in a Government-owned facility. This is a requirements type contract for a base year with four (4) one-year options. Tentative issue date for Invitation for Bids (IFB) is 30 Oct 96 with a tentative bid opening date of 03 Dec 96. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside.
