59 -- 36 BASIC ASPJ/ALQ-165(V) SYSTEMS, SPARES AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT SOL N00019-97-C-0006 DUE 112896 POC Contact, KIM DAVIS, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract for thirty-six (36) basic Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) systems, associated spare weapon replaceable assemblies and logistics support to Consolidated Electronic Countermeasures (CEC), a joint venture of ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ and Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, MD. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-165(V), CEC is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time-frame.
