The offeror must demonstrate or show evidence that the proposed items can operate US DOT TRANSTAR software. All units must have a low profile magnetic base antenna equivalent in functionality and storage dimensions to Thrane & Thrane model 3005B with built in GPS. The Government will utilize these units for messaging, tracking and data transmission. This notice is for informational purposes.
