Contract Line item 0001 is Alcon Surgical, Phasoemulsion System, Series 20000, fully programmable, modularized fluidic connections, automated hydrosonics handpiece, advanced technology irrigating ocutome probe, automated irrigation pole via remote control, linear footswitch control of ultrasonic power in U/S modes and aspiration flow rate or vaccuum limit in I/A and VIT modes, ability to set vacuum levels and aspiration flow rates, wireless remotes, voice confirmation during mode change, flat screen with active matrix, color LCD with touch screen and tiltable rotatable screen, variable tones, reflux on command bipolar coagulation, high tech graphical user intersection, 55''H x 20''W x 23''D, to include: 2 ea U/S phaco handpieces; 1 ea I/A handpiece, no installation required, brand name or equal. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination with delivery to be made to 81 Medical Group/SGCS, Bldg 0468, 5th Street, Keesler AFB MS 39534 within 60 days after award of contract. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination.
