66 -- COST PER TEST SOL 678-05-97 POC Richard Trevino, Contract Specialist (520) 629-4619 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tucson, AZ, intends to negotiate a sole source contract for cost per test services with Abbott Diagnostics, One Abbott Park Rd, Abbott Park, IL 60064. The cost per test will be accomplished using the Abbott AXSYM System (Immunoassay Analyzer) which will remain the property of the contractor. Cost per test will include all reagents, calibrators, consumables, etc. necessary to conduct the tests. All training, maintenance and repair of the system will be provided at no additional cost.
