Brady. This proposed sole-source acquisition to Flack & Kurtz, New York, NY, has been cancelled. As the government received several interested responses to the above sole-source solicitation, it was determined by the undersigned to be in the best interest of the government to cancel the sole-source solicitation and combine the requirement with a current, competitive effort. This new effort is solicitation number DAAB07-97-R-H001 and contract award is anticipated by February 1997. This solicitation is currently in draft form and can be viewed on our Command EBB. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. This hardware and software required includes a computer, modem, telephone line, communication software, word processing software and a printer. Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the US Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. A User's Manual, Indentification Code and Password will be issued upon request.
