GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WITHIN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER,

market survey synopsis for prospective vendors to provide Centrex type
or equivalent services for numerous government locations in the Denver
Metropolitan area. Locations will vary from 10 stations to 300 stations
per address with an estimated average size of 20 to 40 stations. The
services required include 4 digit dialing between stations, local
exchange access, long distance commercial access, FTS2000 network
access (both AT&T and sprint), and intersystem connection. Centrex type
or equivalent station features such as call forwarding, three party
conference and call transfer. Automatic number identification to the
FTS2000 network is required. The service will be for approximately 3000
stations presently served by U.S. West Centrex Plus service located in
approximately 10 Central Officers from Westminister to Englewood, from
Golden to Aurora. A detailed list of locations with quantities of
stations and telephone number assignments will be provided on request.
If service is not immediately available, all replies should indicate
when it will be available. Replies should also indicate whether number
portability is available, and if not, when will it be available. See
Note 22. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that
respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capability to
meet the Government's requirement. Interested parties should address
