Puthoff, (509) 376-8853. The U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office (RL) plans to modify the ceiling amount of contract no. DE-AM06-95RL13300 with Project Time and Cost, Inc. (PT&C). The contract is a Time-and-Materials task order based contract. The original ceiling amount was $3,000,000. The original estimate for the contract ceiling was far below what actual needs have been. This modification will add an additional $1,500,000 to the ceiling. The work to be performed is to provide Activity Based Cost estimates and Critical Analyses of selected projects at the Hanford Site. The purpose of this action is to provide continuity of projects currently in process by the incumbent contractor at the Hanford Site, and to cover anticipated program needs during Fiscal Year 1997 while RL conducts a competitive acquisition of a new follow-on contract. The additional ceiling will be used until the new contract is awarded. RL plans to release the Request for Proposals for the new follow-on contract this calendar year. (302)
