R -- COURT REPORTING SERVICES Sol RFQ-TOT-97-1025/K. Due 120996. POC, Kaye Brown-Huston, 202, 906-6017. The Office of Thrift Supervision (``OTS'') has a requirement for court reporting services. The contractor shall furnish qualified personnel, equipment and supplies to provide reporting/transcription services to OTS throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The services to be provided include, but not limited to: (1) reporting/transcribing of OTS proceedings; i.e., depositions, investigations, personnel grievances and arbitration hearings, investigations, conferences, oral arguments, and other administrative hearings and meetings, (2) production of computer readable diskette copies of official transcripts by personal computers, and (3) transcribing tape recordings of proceedings; i.e., oral arguments, OTS meetings, hearings, depositions, conferences, instructional sessions, speeches, and advisory Committee meetings, and conferences at which a reporter is not present. Period of Performance: Base 01/01/97 through 06/30/98 with one option year for the period 07/01/98 through 06/30/99. This Procurement Shall Be 100% set-aside for small business. (302)
