Concerns having the ability for providing a residential program for male and female Federal offenders. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Peoria, Illinois area. Estimated total number of mandays for the Base Period is 7,300. Estimated total number of mandays for Option Years One, Two, and Three is 4,380, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is November 25, 1996. Estimated closing date is January 23, 1997. Contract Base Period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew.
