The following various materials will be required: Terrazo deck covering, latex type, resin type; Cosmetic polymeric deck covering; Tile, Fire-retarded; Rubber matting, electrical grade; Ceramic and Quarry Tile. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Services to begin 01 February 1997 through 31 January 1998 with four (4)twelve-month option periods commencing thereafter at the Naval Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Government intends to include the clause FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, in the solicitation.
