This Medical Center has a requirement for a service agreement, and intends to negotiate sole source with Packard Instrument Co., 2200 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515, to include preventive maintenance visits, all parts, labor, travel, unlimited emergency calls, authorized software support and application support for the following: (1) Packard Tri-Carb LSC Model B1600(2ea), (2) Packard Auto Gamma Counter Model A550, (3) Packard Scintillation Counter Tri-Carb Model 460-C, (4) Packard Tri-Carb LSC Model B1900, located at VAMC Seattle WA and (5) Packard Scinitillation Analyzer System Model A1900 and (6) Packard Gamma Counter Model B5002 located at VAMC American Lake WA.
