Pacific Contracting Center, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, has a requirement to perform Medical Transcription Services in the Patient Administration Div, TAMC, HI., with an option to extend the term of the contract for (3) years. The contractor shall furnish all labor and transportation necessary to perform on-site medical transcription services. Contractor shall transcribe from voice recordings of physicians to provide highly specialized medical accurate and medically acceptable patient records using the Macintosh Equipment and FileMaker Pro Software. Contractor shall meet the minimum requirement of 1700 transcribed lines per day on the Macintosh FileMaker Pro Software. Contractor shall be responsible for line counts transcribed per day. RFP DADA16-96-R-0018 shall be issued O/A 11 Nov 96 and closed O/A 11 Dec 96. Acquisition is 100 Per Cent Set-Aside For Small Business.
