The United States Air Force has the intent to issue a solicitation for the FY97 subscription renewal of West Publishing Publications. The requirement consists of nine (9) different copyrighted legal publications being ordered and delivered to various Law libraries worldwide. The United States Air Force intends to award to West Publishing Company, 610 Opperman Dr., St. Paul MN 55174-1803, who currently holds the copyright for the publications being ordered.
