Hofmann (410) 671-2209 (Site Code DAAM01) An analytical and experimental services task order contract is required in the areas of generation of vulnerability data for weapon effectiveness and performance studies and to conduct studies to resolve issues on vulnerability and weapon systems performance; target descriptions; methodology development; and the publishing of analytical and technical reports in support of The Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) and the U.S. Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity. The documented results (computer products, data and reports) from this contract will be used for support of the target vulnerability, weapon effectiveness programs and data cataloging efforts for the JTCG/ME, aircraft vulnerability and survivability data for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Aircraft Survivaility, ship vulnerability and survivability data for the Foreign Surface Ship Vulnerability Program and weapon effectiveness calculations for various air-to-surface, surface-to-surface and anti-air weapons versus a wide range of land, sea and air targets. A cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract with CPFF completion form delivery orders is contemplated. The period of performance will be 5 years. See Note 1. (0304)
