Provide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multi-disciplinary A/E services, including architectural, mechanical and electrical to facilitate various projects at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle and American Lake Divisions. Services include investigative study, working drawings and specifications, and construction period services. Contract shall extend through Fiscal Year 1997 with options to renew for two (2) additional years. The principal firm must be located in either Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap or Thurston counties, Washington. This is not a Request for Proposal.
