Services include investigative study, working drawings and specifications, construction period services. Contract shall extend through Fiscal Year 1997 with option to renew for two (2) additional years. The principal firm must be located in either Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap or Thurston counties, Washington. This is not a Request for Proposal. Interesed firms must submit a current Standard Form 254 and 255 to the Contracting Officer in accordance with numbered Note 24.
