The design must comply with current Department of Veterans Affairs and National Cemetery Services criteria. The architectural-engineering firm must have extensive experience in the deesign of: Hospital architecture renovations to maximize patient comfort, traffic flow, etc. HVAC for a hospital setting, including the ability to address the special concerns associated with: imaging equipmetn (XRAY,CT SCAN, NUCLEAR MEDICINE & MAMMORGRAPHY). Modification and optimal utilization of building service equipment such as air handling units, cooling towers, chiller units, package units..etc.. The geographical limitations for this design is within a 150 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, 1900 East Main St., Danville, IL.
