The solicitation is issued as a RFP (Request For Proposal). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-42. This solicitation is not set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7699 and the small business size standard is $5MIL. ITEM 0001 XEROX 9900 HVMP Maintenance Contract. One base year remedial maintenance/repair as well as monthly preventative maintenance which includes all labor and parts on three (3)Xerox 9900 (HVMP)microfiche printers with three (3) option years. Period of Performance: Date of award through September 30,1997, with three (3) option years ending in September 30, 2000. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. As per the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, the evaluation criteria to be used are past performance, technical acceptability, and price. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items, with its offer.
