Souto, Contracting Officer, 717-770-6206. Procurement actions are being taken to establish contract for the provision of ``FY-97 Monthly Maintenance Service Coverage'', via small purchase procedures. Contract is anticipated to run from date of award for one (1) year. Equipment to be covered includes the following: (a) Scanners, Intermec Model 1620 (174 each @ $___ per month). (b) Intermec Wedge, Model 9570 (174 each @ $___ per month). (c) Intermec Scanners Model 1545 (100 each @ $___ per month, Intermec Wedges MDL 9710 (100 each @ $ ___ per month). NOTE: Mailback or On Site is Acceptable. Be advised - if Mailback, Government will mail to Vendor at Government expense, and Vendor will mailback repaired equipment to Government at Vendor's expense. Contract awardee will be expected to maintain cited equipment at the ``Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM's) normal operating standards.
