The Internal Revenue Service intends to contract SOLE-SOURCE with Systech, Inc., 14900 W. 107th Street, Suite B, Lenexa, KS 66215 for purchase of services to maintain an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) battery backup system. In order to maintain continuity of service between the UPS and its battery backup system, this requirement is being procured as A SOLE-SOURCE. This is an information notice only. However, contractors with the capability to provide UPS battery backup systems service in the Kansas City, MO area may send a capability statement, proposal and pricing to be considered by the Government. Letters and telephone requests for a solicitation WILL NOT be accepted and are considered non-responsive to this CBD announcement.
