Contract period will be for base year and three one year options for renewal. This type of procurement is authorized under the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The maintenance of this Life Safety System will require updates or modifications to the system, internal wiring, diagrams, current technical documentation and proprietary technical information that are only available to Simplex technicians.
