The United States Naval Academy is seeking reading skills instruction to be given to approximately 75 students (midshipment) during two specific periods of time. The first period is from 8 January 1997 through 31 January 1997 and the second period is from 25 August 1997 through 12 September 1997. Approximately two to three instructors will be necessary for each period. Each class will be one hour in length. 10-15 students will be in each class; each student will have 15 hours of training per period. All bids must include a detailed description on all course materials including a complete proposed course outline. All bids must also include at least three professional references who have first hand knowledge of the reading courses provided.
