Primary work consists of constructing new base entrance, security office, and new roadway. Other incidental work includes box culvert, street lighting, electrical & communication service, and landscaping. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using sealed bid procedures. Although not guaranteed, construction is estimated to start in February, 1997, and be complete within 365 days. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available no sooner than 15 days after publication of this notice and Bid Opening will be at least 30 days from solicitation issue date.
