The work also includes new finishes, an addition between the existing buildings, new plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, air conditioning, fire sprinklers, landscaping, and incidental related work. The technical specifications shall state ''Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, no other product other than King-Fisher fire alarm radio transmitter and SAFLOK Classic SL2500 electronic card-operated door locks will be acceptable.'' Should there be other products that are compatible to these products which meet the Navy's requirement, prospective offerors should contact the Contracting Officer. Provide detailed specifications and show how product will be compatible to the existing system. Contract Completion time: Approximately 600 calendar days.
