The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to Repair/Alter Bathrooms, Gunfighter Manor, Phase III, approximately 34 units. Work consists of but not limited: complete renovation of both bathrooms in each housing unit, along with installation of horizontal louver blinds throughout each unit. The units will be occupied. The contractor will be allowed only one (1) bathroom at a time. All new fixtures to be installed in the bathrooms under this renovation. There are no asbestos and no lead containing materials present. This work is located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation For Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
