The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Construction contract(s) for the Headquarters building and leased space at L'Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC and the William F. Bolger Center for Leadership Development in Potomac, MD. The contract(s) may last up to two years, and more than one contract may be awarded. The total value of each contract for the two-year period may not exceed $1,000,000. Contractors are requested to submit a multiplier to be used with a unit price schedule to determine the value of each work order. The value of each work order may not be less than $500 or more than $100,000 per work order. the successful contractor(s) is guaranteed a minimum of $10,000 worth of work. The award will be based on the following criteria: a) Offerors must provide evidence of successful completion and experience with repair and alteration projects ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 in the last three years (eight references preferred); or b) The contractors must provide evidence of successful completion and experience with Indefinite Quantity Construction contracts in the last five years (four references preferred). the successful offeror(s) must meet this criteria and submit the lowest multiplier to be used against the unit price schedule.
