15 -- WING CENTER SECTIONS FOR EA-6B AIRCRAFT SOL N00019-97-C-0020 POC Contact, Charlene Hammaker, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Northrop-Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, New York 11714, for the procurement of EA-6B Wing Center Sections. The contract will include a requirement for procurement of ten (10) Wing Center Section kits and their installation. Northrop-Grumman is the sole developer and manufacturer of the EA-6B and is the only source that has the unique knowledge of the EA-6B configuration and is the only firm capable of completing the work within the required timeframe.
