The Grommets are to be manufactured in accordance with U.S. Army Armament Research and Development Command drawing 9321436. Spec MIL-A-2550 and MIL-G-48090 apply. Materials: Plastic Molding Material, Poly carbonate, Spec L-P-393, Melt Flow Rate 4.5 - 6.0 Grams/10Min, Condition 0 per ASTM D-1238, prior to molding. Packaging is required in accordance with MIL-1169B, except that tape PPP-T-76 will not be utilized. Level ''A'' pelletizing shall be required. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (SIC 3489, size standard 500 employees); as such numbered note 1 applies. A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is anticipated and FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. The shipping terms will be F.o.B. destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN with the inspection/acceptance at destination.
