The referenced synopsis is hereby amended as follows: Section C - PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS. Proposals are to be mailed to Ray A. Fletcher at 2251 Maxwell Avenue S.E., Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5777 in accordance with the following schedule: First Quarter proposals must be received by 2 P.M. Jan 10, 1997, Second Quarter proposals must be received by 2 P.M. March 31, 1997, Third Quarter proposals must be received by 2 P.M. June 30, 1997, and Fourth Quarter proposals must be received by 2 P.M. September 30, 1997. As such, proposals will not be accepted or considered after 2 P.M., on the dates specified above, in accordance with FAR 52.215-10 Late Submissions, Modifications, Withdrawals of Proposals.
