Fee not to exceed $25,000 per project or $250,000 per contract. Firm must be located within a 300 mile radius of Walla Walla, Washington. The evaluation criteria for selection and contract award are as follows; (1) Recent specialized experience of Firm in type of work required (2) Professional qualifications of the staff, sub-contractors and consultants to be assigned the project (3) Past performance on Government projects in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance (4) Location of Firm in relation to general geographical location of the medical center.
