A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for one year, plus two one-year options. NSN: 2840-01-160-6494RV, P/N 696249, Basic year 6 ea, Option 1 year 5 ea, Option 2 year 7 ea. NSN: 2840-01-167-9586RV, P/N 800224, Basic year 10 ea, Option 1 year 10 ea, Option 2 year 10 ea. These items are made of AMS 5616 stainless steel and are approximately 38.0 inches in diameter by 11.64 inches long. They have two heavy external flanges near the center of the case for engine mounting. They function as a main engine structural member and support for the No. 6 bearing. The repair/rework will be accomplished IAW Technical Orders 2J-TF33-53-6 and 2J-TF33-53-7 and requires Electron Beam Welding and repair of the Weld-on Doubler. There is no Government Furnished Tooling. Deliveries to Tinker AFB Oklahoma.
