Q -- INTERPRETATIONS OF X-RAY SERVICES SOL RFP 574-75-97 DUE 120996. Contact Bonnie Obermier, 308/389-5117, Contracting Officer, Grand Island, NE. Contractor shall provide Certified and Licensed Physician Services to provide X-Ray interpretations to the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, 220 Leota, North Platte, Nebraska. Interpretations will be for basic types of X-Rays, Ultrasound, and CT. Contractor will provide a Quality Assurance Program necessary to ensure compliance with VACO, JCAHO, CAP, NRC and other external review organization's standards. The program is to include documentation of an effective service level QA program, which identifies opportunities for improvement, initiatives corrective actions and follow-up to ensure the actions have produced the desired results. These services shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is a 100% small business set-aside, SIC 8011 applies. The estimated value of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contract will be awarded for the basic year plus two option years. Requests must be in writing.
