The contractor will be required to provide a Certified and Licensed X-Ray Technician and all necessary tools and equipment capable of performing basic X-Rays, Ultrasounds and CT, Meeting all applicable guidelines, monitoring requirements, and meeting quality standards. Contractor shall insure compliance with all required JCAHO and OSHA policies regarding radiology services, including quality assessment and improvement procedures. Contractor will be required to perform necessary maintenance on contractor owned equipment and maintain records to indicate equipment meets the necessary standards and that the quality is of an acceptable standard. Contractor will provide services at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Outpatient Clinic at 220 Leota, North Platte, Nebraska. Contract will be for basic year plus two option years. This is a 100% small business set-aside, SIC 8011 applies. The estimated value of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Requests for solicitation must be in writing.
