The Base Item will be the Design, and each of the three floors will be options. The Design (Base Item) will be a Firm Fixed Price, and each of the options will be estimates based on the contractor's design. Dollar value for this procurement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Site Visit is Highly Recommended! The Site Visit is scheduled for 9:00 am Central Time on 18 November 1996.
