The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a Bureau in the Treasury Department, intends to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition (SA) process to Loan Pricing Corporation, 135 West 50th Street, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10020 for DealScan/Tear Sheets DOS Database Software and Publications. The contractor shall provide monthly updates for DealScan/Tear Sheets Database. Loan Pricing Corporation is the sole proprietor of the source code for its products and the only source authorized to provide monthly updates. Therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests for a copy of a solicitation will not be accepted and are considered nonresponsive to this CBD announcement.
