70 -- MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SOL 0-7-C3-C3-ME-T06 DUE 122496 POC Purchasing Agent, Ida Cofield, 202-283-1162 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole-source basis through Artemis Products & Services for support and maintenance on the following: Item #62000 Artemis Project View Multi-user System includes OracleSupport Files (twenty concurrent users); Item #62001 Server Processing Option Job Server (twenty concurrent users) Item #62000 Artemis Project View Multi-user System (includes SQL Base Support Files (20 concurrent users); Item #62001 Server Processing Option Job Server (twenty concurrent users); Item #62823 SQL Base Server for Netware (NLM) (twenty users) to include A 1-800 Hotline Support, minor product/document enhancements, bug fixes, CSC (the primary distributor) bulletin board access and software version upgrade releases. Hotline support response time is expected within twenty four (24) hours of request. Requests should be accepted 24 hours a day. Version upgrades and enhancements should be received within five (5) working days from official release. Bug fixes must have a relative response time agreed upon by the Internal Revenue Service and the contractor. The period of support shall be for one (1) year from the date of award. All responsible sources who can provide and meet the above requirement shall submit written quotations fifteen (15) calendar days from the date this notice appears in the CBD and must be technically acceptable to the government. No solicitation will be issued,therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the lowest price offered to the government. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a poc (name and telephone numbers); GSA contract number if applicable; delivery date; business size and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile (202/283-1515) or mail. If no affirmative responses are received, the award will be made to Artemis Products & Services.(0306)
