U.S. Army CECOM Acquisition Center - Washington Operations Office intends to issue a solicitation to acquire hardware and software that will run various Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) software applications. Currently, several STAMIS applications are operating on Hewlett-Packard computers under the HP-UX operating system (Versions 9.05, 10.01 and 10.10). In order to determine the extent of competition available for the aforementioned STAMIS requirements, this notice seeks information regarding whether there are non-HP hardware solutions which will operate under HP-UX Versions 9.05, 10.01 and 10.10 and/or any related compatibility issues.
