C -- A/E SOURCES SOUGHT,RE-ROOF MAIN HOSPITAL (PHASE II) DUE 111896 POC John Gregorio, Contract Specialist (303) 393-4690 VAMC Denver, Colorado is seeking qualified and interested A/E firms to provide the following tasks for the Re-Roof Main Hospital (Phase II), Project No. 554-97-114: a) To perform a preliminary study of all facility roof systems, not included in Phase I, for the purpose of developing a need and cost prioritization. This preliminary study will conclude with the selection of various roof upgrades by the government, based upon this analysis. b) The second phase is the production of the Bid Documents, including full construction period services. The project will be set aside for Emerging Small Businesses, SIC 8712 (1.25 million). Estimated construction cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
