The session concerns the concept of managed competition and medical savings accounts (MSAs). Alpha Center is providing logistical support for the International Conference and given the specialized knowledge they have developed concerning all the details of the conference planning and implementation, it would not be efficient to separate the support of one portion of the conference through a different contractor.
