Tasks include: operation, maintenance and repair of various facilities, equipment, buildings, grounds, mechanical and utility systems, and vehicles. Also includes refuse collection and disposal, recycling, custodial services and Energy Management Control System Maintenance. These tasks encompass 700,000 sq. ft. of floor space and 154 acres of land. The proposed contract is for service from 1 April 1997 to 30 September 1997 with a government option to extend the period of performance annually (from 1 October) for up to four (4) additional years.
