The commercial zone will consist of an area within a fifty (50) mile radius from any of the following ports: NY/NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD and Norfolk, VA. The period of performance shall commence 10 December 1997 through 09 December 2000 with two (2) one (1) year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
