Higginbotham (205) 235-7558 (Site Code DAAC01) The work to be accomplished consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications and drawings forming parts thereof for the repair by replacement of steam line piping and condensate return line piping, condensate pumps, and installation of new steam pipe line and condensate return lines and the insulation of both in the restricted area at the Anniston Army Depot. The Restricted Area of the depot is a secure area and the contractor shall comply with all security clearances required to work in this area. Work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and with drawings on Plan Number IE-007-96 sheets 1 thru 3. Estimated magnitude of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. One Job.
