Required delivery is 180 DACA. The Government does not possess rights
to the drawings for these parts. All responsible sources may submit a
quote which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective contractors
must be approved before contract award. Authority and Justification is
10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies
which can not be procured through full and open competition because the
authority cited states only one responsible source and no other
supplies will satisfy agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that
recognize and can produce the required item described above are
encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and
provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which will
permit their participation in the current or future solicitations. This
requirement is anticipated to be awarded via delivery order to an
